The episode begins when Dick Thompson announces that the winner of the match will rule the kingdom of Porpoisestan. Colonel Cossack, however, announces that he is already a king, to which Dick says that he doubts it. Then a clip shows him playing checkers with Rock and the match begins.
Round 1
Pei Pei the Purple Panda states that her kingdom is everything to her, and that is true, as her people compliment her. Scoutmaster Scott disses her and the kingdom, for he states that he and his scouts are the best at being the evilest scout troop. One of his scouts asks to get in the ring, but he declines. She starts beating him up, winning her round one.
After the first round, Dick prepares to say something, but Cussack cuts him off, saying that as the king of checkers, he is permitted to say what he wants while his subjects only speak when they are permitted, and heads will roll if they disobey.
Round 2
Scoutmaster Scott then disses Pei Pei, calling her high and mighty, by which she beats him up. He then says that his scouts are on a strict program with cookies, but Pei Pei says that in her kingdom, her people are everything to her, and her acrobatics. He pulls a trap on her, winning round two.
After this, Dick once again announces who would rule Porpoisestan, but Colonel announces that he and his kingdom have invaded, and orders Trash Can to rally the troops.
Round 3
Scoutmaster Scott, now enraged, states that when he wins, he is having the villagers bake their cookies. The villagers, shocked at this, beg Pei Pei to do something. But she has a plan, and orders them to get the royal scepter. Colonel, shocked but amazed, states about the scepter only used for emergencies. Dick asks how he knew about it, and stated that he learned it in college. Pei Pei used the scepter to whack Scoutmaster Scott and claim the win, and save her kingdom.
Dick declares that it is a big win for the Dexteras and a happy ending for her people. Colonel still says that the people of Porpoisetan are already invaded because of the Kingdom of Checkers, and the episode ends.
