Johnny "The Cuticle" Baxter, or Johnny Cuticle, was a Hall of Fame Thumb who grinded The Stash to a pulp. He was known as the biggest, baddest Thumb in TWF, and was a 5-time TWF Champion back in the days before Dexteras vs Sinistras.
